I stayed in the Bungalow Seafront and it was fine! Direct beach access made it super easy to relax. The views were very nice too, just what you want on vacation. The room had great space and was well-kept. Staff were great. Noticed it was a bit noisy at times, but nothing too distracting. The ambiance was nice overall.

The pool is very nice and the adjacent SiLa Bar is a real highlight during the day and in the evening
The beach area should be better maintained. We actually had a DayBed, but we didn't use it because the beach was a bit too dirty for us. The leaves and dry algae could easily be picked daily by staff.

very friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, nice hotel we had a beach bungalow highly recommended. You really need a rental car to get to know the area. There are some nice taverns in the neighborhood. The entry lock from the aircraft is clearly audible but not annoying.
nice hotel but no 5 star facility.

An effort has been made to fulfill our wishes. Room was spacious and with a great view.
Low season - there were only few guests and so there was always the same small selection of dishes for dinner. All pools were still closed, which we were not informed about in advance. An old part of the hotel is simply falling into disrepair. This is very bad for the overall impression and the environment.

Pleasant Stay with Beautiful Views
Our family enjoyed a lovely week here. The waterfront bungalow offered fine views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were accommodating. Don't forget earplugs for the night flights and check for upgraded rooms for a better experience!

Appropriate and stunning room with a large wardrobe, a writing table, and a chair. Location short walk to the beach area which is super cute, and a private beach. Nice service at the restaurant!

Our suite, the beach with its own pavilion, the food or the whole staff including the ambience was simply great. We felt totally comfortable and had a nice stay for two. We have nothing to complain about and can only recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an amazing week enjoying the beautiful sandy beach and the various water sports. A full day tour to Douloufakis winery at Dafnes was a highlight. The staff were friendly.
My kids wished there were more entertainment options for teens.

Fine views and comfy beds
The beachfront bungalow was super comfy and clean, though a bit outdated. Loved the buffet dining, really fresh food and plenty of options. Only issue was the cats roaming around the resort. Not everyone's cup of tea.

We really liked the beach, the view, beach chairs, and bar. We enjoyed our stay despite being low season and the weather being a little bit chilli.
The hotel is very nice but the staff at the reception was very serious, not helped much, not very welcomy. Only when I had to ask for help to guide me on tourist sites and what else to do on the island. The Social Relation Manager was very helpul.

I appreciated the beautifully landscaped gardens with a serene atmosphere, and the accessibility throughout the resort made it easy for seniors like me to enjoy all amenities without difficulty.
More shaded seating options would enhance comfort.

I loved the water villas suite. Right on the sea front. Very romantic. Bar and restaurant staff were fantastic. They work so hard and such long hours but alway have a lovely warm smile for you. They are the best! I've stayed in many fantastic hotels all over the world and am well travelled, but it would be hard to beat the hospitality of the staff at this hotel. It was spotlessly clean.
All inclusive doesn't include brand named alcoholic spirits. Food mediocre. Bathroom facilities not luxurious as you would expect as paid for a suite. Very basic and foul smelling. a bit like insect repellent. Manager holds a cocktail evening so you can tell him what is displeasing as he said he likes to know in order to improve, I didn't have the heart to tell him the shampoo and shower smelt bad as he has such a lovely way about him. Part of the beach segrated for a different 'class'. Although we were allowed to use it, it 's unacceptable to discriminate who lies where on a beach! I can understand the beach four poster beds should be for the peoppe who paid the extra but not a bog standard bed in that area. Should be done away with. Beach staff can be abrupt and make you feel very small if you venture in to the 'hallowed' area. Not many taverns closeby to chose from for eating out, so all inclusive is the better option. Food is plentiful and not bad. We were roobed for a five minute taxi ride. 13 euros there and 20 back! Not on! Crete Airport is manic. Best be prepared for delays.
